There is no reverse merger going on here. The story here is like this; A few years ago, real paper inc., RPPR, bought aquastar INC. , then they changed their name to aquastar holdings INC., but they didn't change their ticker symbol. Then a few weeks ago, they acquired SUTIMCO, and now they are changing their name to SUTIMCO international. It's still RPPR , but now they own both aquastar inc. and SUTIMCO. Will it be a huge success? No one knows. Here is info on SUTIMCO; The SUTIMCo, Inc. robust portfolio of relationships with prestigious American universities is unique and strategic. North American universities invest over $42 billion in science and technology research, with about 15,000 new technologies disclosed annually. SUTIMCo's portfolio of technology and innovation start-ups, in partnership with more than two-dozen of the nation's premier research universities, includes operating companies, companies in the pre-funding stage and projects in the development process. Each of these business entities is being advanced by the SUTIMCo management team and methodology.

Please note that $42 billion annual investments, Lots of cash to be made. It is getting interesting for sure.
