fiore, if there is anything in the 10-K you do not understand; please ask;

I am glad you are listening instead of sticking head in sand like many do once they buy a stock.
The S-8 filed today is a $1/2 miilion payday for management at common shareholder expense. I would also imagine that those who UNDT owes a lot of money to are not happy that they decided to pay themselves first.
