Again, I was looking at the old Q and apologize to anyone involved in QPSA... Did not realize they had done a stock offering....

I AM TRULY SORRY! Actually, with 35MM users, this may be a good deal at current levels........

In any event, I had heard that a promoter was behind it and that was a rumor which may be false.... just a rumor....

I am hopefull for the company and want to support for the Spanish speaking community... Just want to make sure that people invest wisely and should not have mentioned QPSA without looking at the latest financial data -- I missed the recent filing and aplogize
