Anything is possible and congress had an emergency session about a couple years ago on c-span about the mafia on wall street, but nothing was done about it. The lame duck mentality wont protect us american investors from very much. lets hope that this is a serious investment opportunity and not a bonafide scam. Percentages have shown that 40% of all otc stock end up being scam oriented. For example I believe old teca's Otto was judged for that very thing, and reprimanded by the court, if read it right. No one wants to go from one directly into another without even changing horses. The stock price of Arcaros other deals were not one day crash and burns, so hopefully we will see his magic at work again here with tecad. This part of my money doesnt even have to be here, so if the otc cant do something positive I will take it to the nasdaq where my other funds have fared quite well.
