SPOOFEM.COM Changes Its Name to High Tech Crime Solutions Inc.

 ATLANTA, May 5, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- SPOOFEM.COM USA is pleased to 
 announce it has changed its name to High Tech Crime Solutions Inc. to expand its 
 focus on retail sales. SPOOFEM.COM's sister company LIGATT Security 
 International (OTC: LGTT) received numerous inquires from smaller companies with 
 security products and individuals who are security experts. They would like 
 LIGATT Security International to represent them to market their products. CEO of 
 both companies, Gregory D. Evans, feels High Tech Crime Solutions will be the 
 best way to do that.

 CEO of the company and will bring on a new CEO who has a strong background in
