This isn't a desperate act to keep from getting delisted, and the 1 for 15 gives us almost $5 bucks a share to start with.($3.90 to be exact) based on .26 which appears to be the closing price today. The chart is looking exceptionally strong at the moment as well, the momentum of which could put us into the mid .30's by the look of it. A price of .33(x15) puts us at $4.95, a nickel away from another major institutional investment threshold. If the 10q looks good enough, we're in good shape imo.
