I think what longterm is saying is that Rio Tinto is going to reopen mining operations in Panguna, against the will of the people of Bouganville, and in the absence of any valid leases at all, as though they owned the land. Them and whos army?



Rio Tinto will do what they always do...hire South African mercenaries.

The lawsuit against Rio Tinto is really interesting reading.
