george where did i say he paid 01 a share. in my opinion he paid less than market price which for the past year is between .0015-.0008. i think the stdf owners would have been happy getting .0005 for the shares they owned. it was either that or go belly-up and get nothing. look all i am saying -asking is how does he gain by doing a 1-1000 r/s. he had to pay at least .0005 for his 92m shares and if what everybody says is true and it goes back down to .0020 he loses alot of money. well anyway glt us longs..
