Well i hope not, i guarantee in addition to the flippers that have never gone away, more are coming to the table with each new PR and the bracket established....did she at least break .03 today, no...flipping bracket .017-.027 as usual

most of my posts deal with realistic expectations of industry and PR vs email expectations, i didn't say you couldn't make money on the flip
