I think they are greedier than that, which is also making it no sense for them to do the RS, unless they will do equity financing, which I doubt for now.

In regards to the uplisting, they are pink sheet, they can go for otc without rs, once they have certain revenue balances, they can do the uplisting to real market with an RS to get the stock to a certain value as required by this market. I do not know the exact figures. Also, no one can tell how much can go up or down at any time with the RS or without. I had a company that went significantly up after the RS and stayed up for a while but for the Japan disaster it went down but still within the value before the RS.
