if his compesation is in shares..I'd have to think that is a positive...cause obviously he feels he will be able to sell 5 million shares at some point..and that is if is wishes to do so...with no support ..5mill here is nothing money wise..and would crush the bid..he would be selling for fractions ..of fractions of pennys...this makes it look like what ever is coming might be something fairly decent...
