'Should' - We don't live in a should world with VCTY - it's all speculation - when/if VCTY does reduce the AS by 2 billion shares or so - if anyone notices that this occured and/or cares after their many failures and failed promises - it should go up a little.

Without knowing the current float amount - it is difficult to gauge anything pps-wise at this point in a factual estimate manner.
