What would be something completed would be when it is officially actually filed on pinksheets and the AS reads as 2.8 billion shares.
Once that happens - then something that can be proven as a positive for VCTY has occurred.
Still thinking about what their use of the word spool is and what it has to do with our billions of shares being removed....
Do you suppose that they will actually reveal the current Float if/when pinksheets reads at 2.8 billion shares? Or is the Float still "changing all the time" as stated by VCTY?
