I believe for me the most valuable concept that Rato brought up which is easy to see:
it seems to be a one-way street of the companies want money from U.S. investors but buy backs, dividends, and buyouts never seem to take place. It is not a formula to live strictly by but the financing part has not looked pretty.
Financing needs to look predictable and reasonable.
