You know VCTY and time-frames - shortly/soon = just shy of a year... when they give weeks... they go by without any comment...

Remember the hydro company? Closing the deal within 4-8 weeks... not so much.

How about those Friday Tips - they sure answered some questions by saying nothing? Words like 'Should' sure get me excited and confident...
