Just figured something out about the trade sizes.

ETMM's bid for 25,150 is actually 2,150,000 and UBSS's bid for 78,801 is actually 7,801,000.

Looks to me like these guys need to cover 10+m shares today. Makes sense with Num1's observation of 60+% short. Today is the cover deadline date for the 18th in which 16+m shares were traded. 60+ percent of those shares would be around 9-10+ million short.
