On the April 29th press release, it stated another generator has been shipped and it will be "one of the first of many to be installed in the field."

That sounds to me like it will be the first one installed in the field.

If that is the case, what has the other generator been doing up there for past several months??

Is the Chinese delegate going there to watch it be installed and the operation started up?? That will take weeks. Or are they returning when it is actually operating in the field??

And I agree that not too much detailed information was provided regarding the $10,000,000 financing.

Any opinions??
