Its certainly close, however there is a possibility of a settlement before that day, a trial its allways a crap shot, so sometimes is better to reach an agreement and get it over.Brian said that he will not be short change and want all the money plus damages, so who knows.So IMO both parties must be negotiating some type of settlement in the background.Either way i will hope that we get the divvies issues resolve by then.GLTA
