Manufacturing Machines in Factory:

Machine 1: Forms the 2”x2” tube steel from flat raw material laminates the structural foam to form studs.
Machine 2: Welds the steel tube components into structural wall panels.
Machine 3: Cuts, welds, and assembles the floor joists and roof trusses
Machine 4: Manufactures the seamless metal siding and metal roof panels.
Machine 5: Assembles and epoxy coats the footings ready for placement in the field.
Machine 6: The foam insulation mixer and sprayer equipment.
