Well, I can give you my opinion only, regarding the pps. I see several reasons.

1)Dilution, caused by insufficient other sources of funding, including enough cash from revenues

2)Lack of promotion

3)24/7 Message board bashers for about four years

4)Weak stock market

5)Lack of strong emphasis in U.S. on environmental matters

All that being said, I agree with bobsnook.

Solving just #1 will change the pps picture, IMO.
