I know they can do it with the penny stocks. I learned this trick from xtremepicks. When their pushing a stock on the board, they always say to set your sell price high.I know for a fact that when everyone does this, the stock stays steady and floats back up slowly! The more people who do this, the less the MM's can mess with us!!
