Regarding this new 8K and sourcing 500,000MT of Canola seed per annum at a minimum to the JV.
Although this is early, that would translate to 1340MT/day production. I believe I read somewhere on this board that would translate to a 60%/40% - meal/oil ratio after processing?
Meal 300,000MT @ 253.19/MT = $76M/year
Oil 200,000MT @ 1223.02/MT= $244.6M/year sold to JV
Based on this much info, it appears this contract on the surface would be worth around $321M/year.
Do my fellow board followers get this same figure?
Based on the gross revenues above that would make this stock worth about $2.89/sh? Not counting all the other agreements, Great Plains, KND, etc... http://www.canolacouncil.org/canolaprices.aspx Thoughts, anyone??
