with Vincent hold all of the class A shares, we know it is not dilution, his share conversion locks up the rest of the A/S. And if there is a reverse split you can bet your ARse , at least I am , it will inlclude a A\S reduction. Or Vincent will be on loosing end of deal , Imho i do not see him doing that he appears to run a clean ship and is why he waited for ault III to be out before fully investing here.
