You mean the list that if a shareholder from this site called up to ask a question to the operational public company BEHL back in the day was going to be denied an answer, while a shareholder from the Monkey bars was going to get the answer? Share structure, a simple question that is supposed to be answered yet when anyone from here called they could not get an answer because supposedly there was a list of "bad" people that were not to be privy to the public information. Funny thing we had people that used to post that just basically slid to the background because of the massive PPS slide, call up and ask. No response. Not. To mention they had know way of knowing who was who in the first place, the only name they dealt with was the Promoter.

It was a story made up by the promoter, about as good as that huge lie he told the followers the day Bubba1 posted here the truth. He made up a lie the account of the DVJ site manager had been hacked and someone was posing as him making up posts about the real conditions at the company site. Funny stuff, someone posted a nice blog about it with the a screen shot of the chat log...awesome.. He lies and the a bit later Bubba posts that it was in fact him, there was no hacker. Just like there was no hacker to the BEHL website, one cannot be a hacker if they have the password and were the registering individual. BEHL did not have any written by law regarding the website from public posting of resignations. In fact one can publicly resign if they wish to do so. As far as changing the password, well once again if BEHL was not paying for it and an individual was in fact paying for it.. Well too bad, they got no say in it.

Of course claims of criminals still come out, but to date not a single filed police report or other law agency has been involved in filing for BEHL against it's former BOD. But then again how could they? They have no money to go to court with, tons of debt, and discovery is a two way street so they would have to be super clean to avoid further scrutiny and well we all know they are dirty, a true pump and dump.

But theft is in fact an issue as we recently saw this shell steal another companies images, data and information. The Promoter was told to remove his modified images, data and information through his connection from BEHL. But criminal activity is rampant throughout the history of this shell, so many people have been or are currently in court and well some are future defendants, as the SEC has been slowly prosecuting them.
