I see this "The new web site is intended to help investors better understand oil and gas exploration and Brazos position within the industry, its corporate history, unique business model and management team." and I am satisfied...but when I hear "this website is almost identical to XYX" it makes me cringe and want to know what the explanation is.

I've seen similar complaints before. In this case filings and so on seem to establish BRZL as legitimate vs. a 'wash and repeat' situation.
