the issue is the owner of the website is Nazir Maherali, President of Cascadia (CDIV) - another pinky with a very questionable history: http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/businesstechnology/2011202733_sundaybuzz28.html

they actually paid a stock promoter $10,000 to hype it (pump it).
