May 21st... it'll take less than 2 weeks to get all the paperwork in order and 1 week for clarification from management. So by mid-May, DLA and PWC will be asking for additional data.
For DTT, they made a request to CCME management to provide additional details on March 3rd (Thursday). CCME was given 1 week notice to provide more data. By March 10th, the company failed to respond and DTT resigned on March 11th.
My guess is that DLA/PWC will be done with their review by May 13th...
If they don't resign by May 20th, I'll turn optimistic.
