It's really hard to say what he's going to do. None of us know the leagl boundries he needs to walk to make this happen. I think it's pointless to speculate unless we know the legalities that are involved. Many here will speculate that it's this and that, but who really knows? Anyone? What is the absolute most Dean is allowed to do?

At this point I would think Dean will do the most he can, law permitting.
