Yeah, kinda answered my own question with a simple Google search. Amazing how that happens. Looking at the QS blog and accompanying message board, it looks like the agreement began on April 1st. Which would not explain the selling of the past 2 days. Which so far looks like it's not doing a !@#$ bit of good, pps-wise. Incidentally, the QS Tivus message board has 5 pages of posts. A cursory reading seems to show the posts being primarily about the business and technology, and definitely not the happenings of the stock itself. FWIW
