On April 28th, MMTE sent a Notification of late filing to the OTC (link: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MMTE/financials ). The anticipated filing date William Lieberman signed was May 5th. It clearly states:

"please be informed that the filing of this notification grants issuers 5 additional calender days to post a Quarterly or Interim Report (which is the report we were waiting for today)and 15 calender days to post an Annual Report."

According to this document, the previous post related to "a conversation with Brian" stating that we had until May 15th for a report is grossly incorrect, and Brian should know better. The post also states that Brian will be conveniently on vacation next week--so we probably won't be getting a PR when their PR guy is away.

I was very confident in this company until just a few moments ago. Good luck everyone.
