Hi all, new poster here, but not new to Ihub...

just got off the phone with Brian, who gave me permission to post and said several things...

1. The DTCC issue seems to just be with Penson/Zecco at the moment, and despite receiving various and assorted emails imploring him to "do something", he can't.

2. He will be out of the office next week, returning the following Monday. It is personal business he is attending to (going to a wedding).

3. The company filed to get an extension until May 15, and although we are all waiting for the 10-K today...it might be, it might not. He wanted everyone to remember that they actually have until the 15th.
