The quiet period that was enacted happens to any company that files a S-1 per SEC rules. They were not allowed to release any positive developments that would effect the sale of securities they had proposed. This is just one of the updates they have for us in their months of work. You can call a new distribution agreement a fluff PR if you want, but it is a positive development in my book.
