Thats where we are speculating. The way they structured the deal, it appears to me that if they wipe out the commons, it would cost them about 500K. They didnt have to structure the deal the way they did, so I think they did it for a reason. The reason in my opinion is to take themselves or something else public with the empty shell. If that happens, PPS will be ALOT higher then it is now, I can promise you that.
