c. We will launch a new division of our recruiting business focused on transitioning law enforcement officers into the private sector. We have spent the last 6 months laying the ground work for this, establishing strategic relationships and preparing for this launch. We believe that we will be ready to launch this initiative in the second quarter of 2011. We expect that this will become a significant component of our recruiting business and is not currently a segment which is serviced by many recruiting businesses.

d. We plan to launch a new technology initiative in China whereby we will endeavor to create a new division aptly named “Asia Technology Incubator” (or “ATI” for short). ATI will work with smaller Chinese technology companies (from $600,000 in revenues to $15,000,000 in revenues) and will provide management consulting, market access services, senior leadership exchange, technology exchange and best practices, in exchange for the acquisition of these businesses for Hire International Stock via variable interest entities. These businesses, if acquired, would be consolidated with Hire International’s financial statements.
