This is the most complicated and confusing penny stock I have every bought for me and my investors in the last 20 years. According to Serge, there are 4 segments to be put in place. 1) BPD, 2) Alpha, 3) INTAS, and who is the 4th piece. Without filing form 10Q, nobody knows who is on first and third right now. This could be the biggest scam I seen, or when you walk home at night, you will have to jump over the money to open your front door...
