There is another real possibility; an investor has a margin call on another stock,not NNLX, and had to sell or the broker would take control of his/her entire account.
Why do I consider this possibility - because:
No serious investor would sell at market [which I believed occurred]; but would sell gradually to protect the value of all of his shares. However, a margin call would make the difference. Just my view.
