I agree. They WILL regret it. Unfortunately, I'm seeing lots of ppl selling or at least SAYING they are and others getting impatient enough to consider selling. I see it going WAY low and not making it back up where we expect if it doesn't happen soon, but maybe I'm just being pessimistic.
