MAKY -T4M, I looked into this one a little. looks like it starting trading a year ago at $4 and has gone straight down since then. CEO Norton resigned Oct 04, CEO Smith resigned Jan 05. Only $5mm in revs in 04. none of this sounds good, but what really sounds bad is they issued 48MM shares of common to the iElement shareholders upon that merger in Jan 05. Maybe those are restricted, but 48MM? not sure how this stock ever recovers with that sitting on it.

why do you think it's a buy? are you only playing it for a couple of cents?
