If the deal dosent go through his company cannot afford to take the oil out of the ground because some of his equiptment was damaged in a hurricane.

He has everything to lose, without BRZL he can not go for oil, and cannot make money.

Investing is simply educated gambling, take away the DD and it's simply gambling; and remember, the house always wins.
