Need help from an experienced charter/screener....

I am looking for a screener that will allow me to find stocks whose 200MA is about the be interected by a rising 50MA. All of of the onine screeners that I have monkeyed with did not have the correct filters to allow me to filter this way.

I've been following this board for a while and hope that one of you experienced guys can help me out.
