"Always looking for a way to slam the company."

The company makes it pretty easy!!!!

Same old game huh????

How about we play the QUOTESSSS From the PASSSSST Game........
Big Fun!!!!

Where did these quotes come from? :

"Dollar by May" ??????

"FINRA made iFinix raise its authorized share amount" ???

"Right now RealTime is just a Volkswagon however in a week's time, it will be a Ferrari." ?????

"Regarding iFinix product offerings, the iFinix RealTime upgrade is currently in the final stages of internal and external beta testing." ?????

(15 days later)

"iFinix has also completed an extensive cost-benefit analysis of its RealTime product. Current subscription revenues are not covering the operational costs and thus dictate the suspension of the product for the near-term." ????

"transferring all of my Transcend shares to my E*Trade account. Next week" ?????? (transcend/iCapital)

"Close your eyes and repeat in your head:
"Next time for realtime", "Next time for realtime", "Next time for realtime", "1.00 by May?" (how did that get in there?) "Next time for realtime", "Next time for realtime" etc.................
(HAHAHAHA dats funny stuff)

"Got my E*Trade account all set up and funded/It took me less than half an hour to open and fund the new E*Trade account. No more excuses for not being able to buy INIX at these prices/it will take a few days for the ACH verification with E*Trade. I should be able to start buying again on Friday, Monday at the latest".

What a mess!!

So in the end, You are saying it is certain investors fault that they cannot trade shares of iFinix???

That the investor should be required to open as many acct's as needed to invest in any certain company?

That the investor has the initial responsibility to maintain tradability in any certain stock he or she may want to purchase?

Are you taking responsibility saying individual investors that do not have, nor are willing to open multiple accts is not a viable excuse for not being able to buy nor sell shares of iFinix after certain corporate actions?

That the actions of the company has not lead to the trading restrictions placed on certain investors because they should be required to open multiple brokerage accounts ???

Hmmmmmmm,
So, I guess it is my fault I cannot buy nor sell shares of iFinix because I refuse to open a new account outside of the brokerage company I have used for the past 8 to 10 yrs, one that I trust and have a good working relationship with.

Bad old me.....

Sorry, I see it from a different point of view!!!!!

I feel that the company did not have to "Issue New Shares" to perform a forward split. Yet throw the word dividend in and then needing shares for cash it all turned into a mess.
So a F/S would have taken the AS-288 to 576 but with so little still being left in the company kitty they raised the authorized to an even 700 mil. Then to 900 mil..... then to... WHAT??? 3 bil.

Now was the New Issue required due to the "dividend" effect OR
was it due to the company wanting to fend off the bad old
"shorters"? I believe the "new issue" triggered the DTCC probs, but one said the FS would have trigger it also. Either way I am 8 months into this mess because the company wanted to "reward its faithfull dedicated investors".
Some have said "well how was da company to know it would have pwobwums with the DTCC, the laws change all the time????
Listen, if this was a cookie company in the snack food business Id understand... The company is in the equities trading market!!!!!!!! It is their business to keep updated with the regulatory changes!!!!!! Maybe they knew certain investors would become restricted knowing very well the iFinix Capital divison was about to launch.... Hmmmmmmmm
Now that there is a conspiracy theory right up there with the birth cert and no I wont show you a poloroid of the unfrozen dead bin laden... it's icky looking...ewwwwwwww.......

go ahead "poof" this one too, I have more!!!

:)
