The possibility of a VIGS merger with Cagan Mcafee Capital Partners Ltd, is looking like more of a reality as things stretch on.

So far we know this:

-The owner of the VIGS shell (Todd Waltz) and the managing Director of Cagan Mcafee (Eric A. McAfee), worked together as management in AEBIOFUELS: http://www.aebiofuels.com/management.php#todd_waltz
