I sent an email to Anthony Maye with Home Creek about 3 months ago asking when Standard's deal was going to go through. He told me that the deal was off due to "no-funds" from Standard. He was convinced that they were just in it for the Letter of Intent to purchase. Im sure this news does not help my chances of trying to sell for what I bought in at.
I have received an information packet regarding direct ownership with Home Creek, on a new deal they are doing. Seems better invested than what appears to be a LOI, MOU, only based company.
And actually they just bought some wells that were formally owned by a business contact I am friends with out of Oklahoma City, he told me to get on to those wells named "Reames" ?
