I recall seeing this before -- I don't think it is new, at least within a framework of the last several weeks. However all indications are that the deal is either (virtually) done or certainly plans are quite apparent that it is expected to be done (and we all know "any day now").

Perhaps you guys just hadn't clicked on the organizational structure button before?
