I heard the call too and agree with the points you made (tone and insiders buying being a good short term catalyst).

I don't think I will invest though. The debt load is worrisome and they still have a way to go to turn things around. If they do so in the near term (say 6 months or so) a price in the .40's may look cheap but I think it will take a good amount of time to do so even if they don't hit road bumps. I think some wanted the company to package itself for a sale that seems like its not going to happen anytime soon at least.
