The remaining shares that they will put out doesn't bother me so much. What does however concern me very much is, will they authorize even more shares in the near future? The company thinks that their last annual report gives sufficient info, but I think much more updated info, on any number of things would foster greater confidence for real investors to get in now. It's too bad that the current management does not seem to agree with that.
