I can see the big issue that was made with the 10K getting filed. If they couldn't come through with something that should have been done a long time ago, after committing to doing it twice with a firm date, how could you start trusting them to follow through with anything else. To me it's a trust issue, which is huge when you're dealing with at pink, since so many of them are untrustworthy. If/when they follow through with the remainder of the filings in a semi-timely manner and become transparent then they'll have vaulted past almost all other pink stocks and they'll be much more believable in all other areas as well, such as production numbers etc.
