My favorite part about the manager of Cagan Mcafee is this statement from his bio. It shows that he holds an active interest in merging with other companies. Not to mention that Mcafee Capital on it's own specializes in taking companies public:

"Mr. McAfee is the founding shareholder of six companies that were taken public, and also took five of his portfolio companies public via merger."
