THE AMERICAN WAY (a CMKX Shareholders Story)
When you think of America, you realize it is a country founded on principals of freedom, integrity and justice for all. Each shareholder in CMKX has a life history and reasons why they have decided to invest in the company. My story is probably similar to countless other CMKX shareholders in regards to our hopes and dreams we have for the company after doing our research and finding a growing company with boundless potential.
I have never been a person well off monetarily and have had to work extremely hard for my money working various jobs, anything from third shift factory work, taking phone calls at an inbound call center or driving a truck.
I love the American Dream of finding that hidden "gem" of a company. For me through countless hours of reading, researching and conversing with other shareholders, I determined that the future of the FALC area is huge in the diamond industry and that time will prove the CMKX mineral rights in the area will be a large part of this future.
I invested a sizable amount of money in CMKX, believing the valuation would be excellent and having the idea that the company could have a maximum of 800 billion shares. If the companies shares have been counterfeited, it means that I have been robbed of the value of the shares I purchased. It means that I and other investors have been robbed of the opportunity for fair financial gain and reward for the research and risks we took.
If CMKX has been illegally shorted it means the dividend shares we received cannot be properly distributed to all the shareholders. In my belief the American Justice System should not penalize those who have been robbed and destroy the dreams and hopes of those who have invested in a growing company, simply because injustices have occurred making it difficult if not impossible to remedy the GEMM and USCA dividend issue.
In my America, the justice system does not strain out a gnat and swallow a camel, it identifies the true evils and injustices that affect its citizens and corrects them. To say that selling counterfeit shares of stock in a company does not affect the company and its ability to prosper and run itself efficiently is like saying the children of Israel were not affected when the Egyptians took away the straw and yet required the same quota of bricks.
In the same way a company diluted by illegal counterfeit shares can never perform and prosper as a company not suffering under this oppressive injustice.
I pray the justice system will differentiate between that which is a "gnat" of a problem and that which is the "camel" of a problem and decides to use the proper equipment in dealing with the problem. In this case perhaps instead of a strainer, a lasso would be more appropriate.
