The change will take only one day. HOWEVER……….
No place on any required report was I able to find a name change form. Every legal document published through April of 2011 has the heading, and is signed for the benefit of "Premiere Publishing Group." I have found no name change docs, no d/b/a docs and no requests to change the name. All I found was a PR stating that they were changing their name. Their name with the OTC and FTC is Premiere Publishing Group.
I am curious as to where the docs are and when they were supposedly created.
